Account Groups
- Work with Account Groups
Create new account groups and add accounts to existing groups. Restrict online access to your groups by locking/unlocking them with a passphrase, change passphrases for locked groups, add/change phone numbers and account identifiers.

Additional online services
The transactions available in the Medium & Large Business section are designed to affect large groups of accounts, so some online transactions are not available here.
If you would like to start, stop or move electric service, sign up for Paperless Bill, or enroll a schedule 32 account in Time of Use or a renewable power option you will need to register in our Small Business section.
You may use the same login information for convenience if you wish, but you will still need to register and log in to that system separately.
